I dropped in with the macewan masters this morning, and did part of their workout, which looked something like this.
warm-up (800): 300FR, 100 kick, 100 pull, um. . . I can't remember the rest
main set (1200): 3x [200FR, 100FR fast (about 1:40 & up for me), {4x25 kick}]
timed 400 free* (on 7:28--note to self: I think I could maybe do sets on 8:15.)
300 cool down (100 kick, 100 pull, 100 full stroke)
===2700m
*instead of the timed 400, the workout read 12x25, I think.
