pool is open, chemicals are bad!

The pool is back open (yay!), but the chemicals are all over the place (boo!). I managed half the workout, but breathing was crazy, and it felt like my skin was peeling back. Crazy!

workouts for the day, then. . .

AM: short walk with Bruno
one round through core workout

PM: 1150m over about 30 minutes
Warmup (400m): 100 swim, 100 kick 100 pull, 100 IM

Minispeed Set (500m): (I.M order, one-arm fly drill for easy 25s)
4x [25 easy/25 fast/ 25 easy/ 50 fast]

200 Free (timed, so that we can start using pace times) on 3:27

50 cool -down
