breaststroke help

Care of Julie, coach extraordinaire, we have an incredibly instructive breaststroke video today. Just watch.

Workout today:
AM short walk, core 10:30, PM swim.
Warm-up (400m): swim, kick, pull, swim
Main set (1550m): 2x800, first 800 being 50 short. So. . . 750m was in 13:43:18, 800m was in 15:06:05.
Warm-down (200m): easy

I watched the video clips, and I'm sure I swim just like they do!!! hahaha. You're right about the cold pool, no lingering at the ends....hb

Hey Lori, got your email yesterday, thanks for the heads up! I was thinking of coaching a workout next week, I just haven't figured out which one yet. My mother-in-law is coming today, and has stipulated that she MUST spend an entire day at West Edmonton Mall....goodie.

Once I find out which day that will be, we can figure out which day next week works best for all. I'll be in touch. Julie.
