1650m is a mile, right?

Okay, I only had an hour. And the first fifteen minutes was pretty much talking only. It's not everyday I see Jody at the pool: we had some catching up to do! And I suppose it's sort of indicative of my attitude lately. I mean, I made it there (and pretty much had the place to myself, by the way). . . . Anyway, the freestyle still felt kind of amazingly foreign (in a good way), and it was a little crazy how much I felt my lats and triceps. Two days later! That breaststroke warm-up had everything hurting. Oh. And it's desperate now, I need to get back to my core workouts. Fly kick was killer today, as was fly in general. I can definitely tell the difference from when I was doing the core work, and now. oops.

Warm-up (400m): freestyle, kick, pull, breaststroke.
Kick drill (150m): 2x 75 fly kick [25m fly kick on left side/ 25m ply kick on back/ 25m fly kick on right side].
Aerobic set (900m): 100m back kick easy, 100m back kick hard, 150m IM easy, 150m a little less easy, 200m free easy, 200m free harder.
Warm-down (200m): back, breast, free.
