Here's how it looked today. It was all swim--I completely missed my morning walk and core9. I did, however, do fly where the workout suggests fly, even while breathing the mist of some seemingly toxic chemical that was liquid-plumr-ing my respiratory system. Hmm. Do you think the kids really need to scrub the decks while we're attempting hurculean tasks here? Can't they manage it when, say, there aren't any swimmers in the pool? Anyway, the good news: we were in solidarity, breathing corrosive chemicals. The bad news: um. . . breathing corrosive chemicals.
