a record, I think, for me

3600m, like this.

Warm-up (400m): swim, kick, pull, swim
Main set (3000m): 10x50 IM order on 1:10, 5x100 IM (:15), 500 IM [one-arm fly] (1:00); 10x50 freestyle on 1:00, 5x100 freestyle on 2:00, 500 freestyle.
Warm-down (200m)
===3600

Original document here.

The pool was free-eezing today. Well, it was actually about two degrees colder than normal, and about one degree colder than last week: 27 degrees C. It felt really cold, which I understand is a little pathetic. I just kept thinking, "a month ago, I swam 1500m in a lake at 18 degrees. Now THAT was freezing." You can't quite see the goosebumps on my arms in this shot. Ah, but I was well past goosebumps at this point, anyway. I couldn't quite feel my arms after the first few seconds. They were numb at this point.

You know, I do believe records are made to be broken...How long did this workout take? Any extra time at the end? *wink wink nudge nudge*
