The headcold is much better, and I missed Sunday's run, so thought it was time to get on the trail. My focus with the run is to add a 5th workout to the week, to work aerobically, and to hopefully use a few different muscles--or use a few muscles differently. And, though I'm not so great at it, I really like being out on the trails and seeing the seasons change things out there.
5km+ (home to the muskeg lower loop and back) over 40 minutes on 7:1
