I was a little late. . . but made it for about an hour.
warm-up (500m): 1,1,1,2 freestyle--100 kick, 100 drill, 100 different drill, 200 swim
aerobic kick mountain (500m): 25-50-75-100-100-75-50-25
aerobic recovery (700m): 3x50 fly (25m 1-arm, 25m swim) :15, 200 IM kick :25, 3x50 free (25m head up, 25m swim) :15, 200 IM
warm-down (200m)
===1900m
Suffice it to say that my legs are a little tired.
I did full stroke on that one 200IM, though, which is more straight-through fly than I've done in a while. . . .
