. . . well, back in the pool anyway. Two weeks is a long time to be away!
warm-up (600m): 100 swim, 100 kick, 100 drill, 200 swim, 100 swim
minispeed (200m): 8x25 free kick, working hard. 1:30 rest between. The best I did, time-wise, was :27. I think my kick felt more efficient the more I thought about contracting my core muscles, and thinking about keeping my legs pretty straight.
transition (100m): 100 pull
aerobic (1600m): 4x100 IM (2:30), 2x200m IM* :30, 1x400 IM
cool-down (200m)
===2700m
*I didn't keep track of a time on the 200s. Basically, I was just trying to complete the strokes (no one-arm fly!) and do proper turns with no breath off the wall. In the 400, there was some one-arm fly.
