endurance

warmup (300m): reverse IM, kick, pull, swim.
minispeed (300m): 4x75m :10 stationary kick at the flags, 25m fast kicking, 50m swim.
aerobic (1600m): 400m free (:30), 4x200m choice [breast, free, back, free] (:30), 4x100m free (:20)
warmdown (500m): pull, kick, swim on breast, back, free.

Everything was hard today. I had to fight a lot of negative self-talk.
