feelin' the burn

I made it for half an hour today. . . was trying to get rid of the big push-your-teeth-around-inside-your-head, make-your-stomach-queasy headache first. The headache didn't go away, but killing my legs in the pool took my mind off it for a while.

warm-up (500m): 100 swim, 100 catch-up drill, 100 two-pulls-one-kick breaststroke drill, 200 swim.
kick mountain (500m): 25, 50, 75, 100, 100, 75, 50, 25 free kick with board, :15 between.
warm-down (200m): mixed.

Other notes: Walked 45 minutes this morning in a Bruno exaggerated muskeg loop. Did a small core workout this am too--first in a few weeks, trying to get back at it.
