It has been a great day--and I made it to the Kinsmen 50m.
Warm-up (400m): free, drill, kick, backstroke.
Hundreds (1200m): 12x100m on 2:10. I had between :15 and :20 rest, which felt just about right today.
Two hundreds (400m): 2x200m NT.
Warm-down (500): mixed.
