chips and ice cream, a full moon ten

whoops. It's been chips and ice cream for almost two days. . . and I felt it in the pool today. I'm hoping it's the full moon, and I'll be back to eating healthy food again. Because while it feels good going down, this body is fighting it now. Not to mention my clothes aren't going to fit soon. Okay, maybe not from the past two days of chips and ice cream, but maybe from the week of chocolate that led up to it. . . all in the name of Easter, right? I know, I'm supposed to wait until Sunday. oops again.

Warm-up (500m): swim, kick, pull, 50 back/ 50 breast, 100 IM
Main set (1000m): 5 x 200m. I thought I'd do it on a time, so timed my first 200m to see where I'm at. It was 3:32. The next was 3:55, and it was all downhill from there. The last was 4:20. That's the ice cream talking, I swear.
Warm-down (500m): mixed.
