twenty-six thirty

was my time on the 1500m. which I'm happy about, having not done a 1500 in a long time.

warm-up (400m): swim, kick, pull, swim.
minispeed (400m): 8X50m IM switches on 1:15. 2(25m fly/ 25m back, 25m back/ 25m breast, 25m breast/ 25m free, 25m free/ 25m fly).
aerobic endurance (1500m): first 500m easy-moderate (9:30), second 500m hold a moderate-fast pace (I'll settle for moderate at 8:30), third 500m try to increase your pace (again, I'm happy with holding at 8:30). 26:30 total.
warm-down (200m): mixed.

on 65 minutes.
