I did it. I'm finally back at it--it's been about a month.
Core workout (:30 on, :15 off)
pliƩ squats
plank, on knees
static hold
elbow-in push-ups
beetle reverse crunch
arm extensions (from beetle crunch on ball)*
crunches
1-2-3 squats
*these are really hard for me. Basically, I'm balancing on the ball, as if I'm about to do push-ups with my shins on the ball, then lifting one arm up. Why is it so hard?! sigh. I've also realized that if I don't do core every day, it's really easy to not do core for, say, four weeks. So, here's my first day.
