necessary swim

Nothing like extended periods below -25C to get a girl craving some exercise. We've seen -45 this stretch. I can't wait to get out on my skis. Meanwhile, I'm pleased about the holiday swim hours. Granted, it's just an hour. . . but better than sitting around the house getting all cramped up and eating more fruitcake!

warm-up (400m): 50 free drill/ 50 full stroke.
aerobic (1500m): 2x [3x25m fly :45 between, 3x50m back on 1:05, 3x75m breast :20, 3x100 free on 2:00]
warm-down (100m): back/ breast.
