Warm-up (400m): mixed
Set (2400m): 8x50m, 4x100m, 2x200m, 400m, 400m; then 8x:50 again. 50s on 1:00 (which gave me :10 rest), 100s on 2:00 and 2:05 (which gave me :15 rest), 200s coming in on 4:00 and taking :20 rest, and 400s: didn't time.
Cool-down (400m): 200 breaststroke, 200 mixed.
And another where, don't I look great? (We all need a little boost now and then, now, don't we?)
In the am, I snowshoed from the multiplex home: about 3km, if. It was hot, with brand new fluffy snow, about 1cm, on top of the lane.
